Rain postpones Rattler 250 SSS opener to March 22

KINSTON, AL - Forecasts of 100-percent rain for Sunday, March 16 have forced officials from the Southern Super Series presented by Sunoco and South Alabama Speedway to postpone the 38th annual Rattler 250 at South Alabama Speedway in Kinston, AL.

The season-opening race for the Southern Super Series will be made up on Saturday, March 22.

The Rattler 250 starting lineup was set in qualifying on Saturday, March 15. Texan Casey Smith and Michigan's Chad Finley qualified for the front row.
