Meeting tonight seeks input on Forsyth Co. Schools Supt. search

CUMMING - A meeting tonight in Cumming will give the public a chance for input into the newly-launched search for a new Forsyth County Schools Superintendent.<br /> <br /> The meeting will be held at 6:00 at the Forsyth County Board of Education/Professional Development Center at 1120 Dahlonega Highway.<br /> <br /> The school board is still seeking public input through an online survey that was established shortly after Buster Evens announced plans to step down at the end of the current school year. (See earlier story. Link below.)<br /> <br /> After leaving the Forsyth County School System, he will take an education-related job with the state Department of Corrections.
