Oakwood council OKs 302-lot subdivision

GAINESVILLE - The Oakwood City Council has approved the rezoning necessary for a 302-lot subdivision in the city.

City Manager Stan Brown confirmed the council action Tuesday morning.

The city's planning commission recommended approval of the rezoning February 17. (See earlier story. Link below.)

The property is located on Falcon Parkway in the Warren and Martin road area.
