Basketball: Lakeview sweeps Tallulah Falls

GAINESVILLE -- Lakeview Academy put together an impressive sweep of Tallulah Falls Friday in Region 8-A action.<br /> <br /> The Lady Lions whipped the Tallulah Falls girls 56-28 behind 20 points from Ainsley Cash. The Lakeview boys followed with a 59-23 thumping of the Indians in the second game.<br /> <br /> For the girls, Kaylee McClendon added 11 points for Lakeview Academy (17-7, 11-2 Region 8-A).<br /> <br /> In the boys game, John Mills poured in 15 points to pace the Lions. Patrick Avery had 10 points for Lakeview (13-22, 8-5 Region 8-A).<br /> <br /> Both Lakeview teams will finish the regular season Saturday on the road against Pinecrest Academy.
