ATLANTA - Sen. John Wilkinson (R- Toccoa) and Lt. Governor Casey Cagle welcomed Rev. Wayne Marcus of Tom's Creek Baptist Church in Martin to serve as the Chaplain of the Day Monday, Feb. 3, in the Georgia State Senate.
