DeKalb DA investigator accused of speeding, DUI

CONYERS, Ga. (AP) -- The lead investigator of the DeKalb County district attorney's office is out on bond after being arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in suburban Atlanta.<br /> <br /> Authorities say Craig Scott was driving about 104 mph on Interstate 20 Friday night when he was pulled over by a Rockdale County Sheriff's deputy.<br /> <br /> Investigators say Scott refused to take a DUI test at the scene and authorities obtained a warrant for a Georgia Bureau of Investigation blood-alcohol test. The results are pending and Cpl. Mike Camp says Scott has been charged with speeding and DUI.<br /> <br /> The district attorney's office said in a statement that they're aware of Scott's arrest and will handle the matter internally.<br /> <br /> Scott bonded out of jail Saturday morning, it's unclear if he has an attorney.
