Gwinnett Tech reschedules groundbreaking due to cold weather

ALPHARETTA - Gwinnett Technical College officials have decided to cancel a groundbreaking at the new North Fulton campus in Alpharetta tomorrow.<br />
<br />
The Gwinnett Daily Post reports the groundbreaking was scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, but was post-poned due to the dropping temperatures.<br />
<br />
President S. Glen Cannon said the event will be rescheduled so everyone will get a chance to celebrate the construction of a new campus, according to the Post.<br />
<br />
The Alpharetta campus is one of three planned, and will open in January 2016.<br />
