OAKWOOD -- Twenty-seven years of waiting and hoping poured out in one dominating performance on Friday night in Oakwood.<br /> <br /> West Hall football took history and ran with it -- literally -- clinching its first ever region crown courtesy a 35-0 win over Lumpkin County in Oakwood, a victory that prompted a sort of emotional catharsis at midfield, with coach Tony Lotti leading the way.<br /> <br /> "This is special. I asked these kids to believe in something, and they have, and now they've accomplished this," said Lotti, who took over a West Hall program that had not reached the postseason or posted a winning record in 12 years
