DUNWOODY, Ga. (AP) -- Police in Dunwoody have charged two people, one from Gainesville, accused of running a prostitution ring disguised as businesses that provided high-end models.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports the owners and operators of Atlanta Fantasies and Ashley's of Atlanta were charged by Dunwoody police with human trafficking for sexual servitude, keeping a place of prostitution and racketeering.
Dunwoody Police Chief Billy Grogan said Friday that 36-year-old Robert Tyler of Gainesville and 39-year-old Donna Allen of LaGrange had been charged. It was not immediately known if they had attorneys.
Authorities said they identified 26 women as "victims" of the prostitution ring.
Websites for the two companies offered clients time with models for $300 or more per hour.
