Nordstrom to close at Mall of Ga.

BUFORD - Nordstrom at the Mall of Georgia will be closing its doors.<br /> <br /> According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, about 175 non-seasonal employees will be put out of work when the store shuts down for good.<br /> <br /> A spokesman says the store's final day of business will be next February 28th.<br /> <br /> The store opened with the mall in 2000, and the company operates more than 300 stores in 38 states across the country.<br /> <br /> Two Nordstrom stores still remain in metro Atlanta: one at Phipps Plaza and Perimeter Mall.
