More than 335,000 have voted early in Georgia

ATLANTA (AP) More than 335,000 Georgians so far have cast ballots during early voting. <br />
<br />
Secretary of State Brian Kemp said Friday the statewide total includes more than 279,000 ballots cast in person and more than 55,000 votes received by mail. <br />
<br />
Kemp said the heaviest turnout has been in five metro Atlanta counties Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett and Henry. <br />
<br />
Early voting opened in Georgia on Oct. 13 and continues through Oct. 31. October 25 is the only Saturday voting day in the early voting period.<br />
<br />
Voters holding out until Election Day to cast ballots for governor, U.S. Senate and other Georgia races will go to the polls on Nov. 4.
