Lewis passes Panthers past East Jackson

COMMERCE -- Jacob Lewis threw for 240 yards and two touchdowns to lead Jackson County to a 35-15 win over East Jackson Friday in Region 8-AAA action.<br /> <br /> Lewis was 18-of-21 passing and added a rushing touchdown as well.<br /> <br /> Malik Tuck had two touchdowns rushing and Zane Corley caught six passes for 77 yards for the Panthers.<br /> <br /> Jackson County (2-7, 1-4 Region 8-AAA) snapped a four-game losing streak with thr win. The Panthers are off next week before playing host to Morgan County in two weeks in the regular season finale.
