New completion date for current Cleveland Bypass work

CLEVELAND - Georgia DOT says a new target date has been set for completion of the first phase of the Cleveland Bypass: April 30, 2015.<br /> <br /> The original completion date was July 31, 2014, and the contractor, Sunbelt Structures, Inc. of Tucker is being penalized daily for the work that exceeds the original contract completion date. The daily fine is $1,869.<br /> <br /> The 1.97-mile project begins at Hope Drive at State Rout 11/U.S. 129 and extends northwest to State Route 115. <br />
