Indictment returned in Hall jailhouse murder

GAINESVILLE - The man accused of last weekend's murder of a cellmate at the Hall County Detention Center has been indicted by a Hall County Grand Jury.<br /> <br /> John Darrell Setchel, 24, of Dawsonville is accused of killing Ronald Sailers, 72, of Murrayville whose body was found in his cell early Sunday.<br /> <br /> The three-count indictment charges Setchel with murder, felony murder and aggravated assault. <br /> <br /> An autopsy shows that Sailers died from blunt force trauma to the head. An arrest warrant for Setchel says Sailers' head had been slammed repeatedly against a concrete floor.<br /> <br />
