TOCCOA - A ceremony of honor and celebration is planned in Toccoa later this month for the bereaved families who have completed Cry For Me...No More's "Healing the Families Workshop."<br />

It's planned for Oct. 18 at 1:00 at the Georgia Baptist Conference Center in Toccoa.<br />
