GAINESVILLE - The Hall-Dawson Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program is seeking additional volunteers for its next training sessions.

CASA is a nonprofit agency composed of volunteers who advocate for abused and neglected children. Officials say there is a dire need for volunteers in the area to assure that abused and neglected children in Hall and Dawson counties are represented by a trained advocate.

Training begins Tuesday, February 4.
For information on becoming a CASA, call the Hall-Dawson CASA office at 770-531-1964.
