Girls basketball: Lady Falcons upset Loganville

LOGANVILLE -- Flowery Branch used a 13 fourth quarter to rally for a 35-26 win over Loganville in Region 8-AAAAA girls basketball action Tuesday night.

The Lady Falcons (7-8, 5-4 Region 8-AAAAA) got 17 points and nine rebounds from Breanna Locke for their second straight victory.

The game was a defensive slugfest the entire way with Loganville leading 8-7 after the first quarter, 15-14 at halftime, and 23-21 heading into the fourth quarter.

Kayla Tithof added six points and eight rebounds for Flowery Branch.
