Hall Co., Gainesville officials to discuss sewer agreement

GAINESVILLE - Government officials with Hall County and the city of Gainesville meet Monday afternoon to discuss an intergovernmental agreement on sewer service.

At the heart of the discussion is sewer service for the Gateway Industrial Park project. The Hall County Commission at one point voted to partner with the city of Lula on service for the project on GA 365, but then decided the county could build its own system.

Now it appears the city of Gainesville is back in the mix.

The meeting takes place at 4 p.m. at the Hall County Government Center on Browns Bridge Road.
