The Lady Vikings beat East Jackson 25-14, 25-13 but then fell to the Lady Titans 25-14, 25-17.
Tarryn Long had 16 kills and nine digs to lead East Hall (17-8, 1-1 Region 5-AAA). Kara Hix had nine points on serve with five aces to go with four kills and 27 digs for East Hall.
Ashleigh Burnett scored 14 points on serve with four aces and six digs, Jessica Chmiel had six points on serve and 15 assists and nine digs, and Emily Roberts had four kills for the Lady Vikings. Allison Segars had three kills and seven digs and Savannah Lindsey had 12 points scored on serve with three aces, seven assists and seven digs.
The Lady Vikings next will play host to St. Pius and Buford on Tuesday in a pair of key 5-AAA matches.
