Home educators group planning back to school kickoff

CLARKESVILLE - Christian Home Educators of Habersham County (CHEH) is having its annual back to school kickoff August 24 at Unicoi State Park.<br /> <br /> Spokeswoman Nicole Frady says "This is an event we have each year that is open to the public and they can come and check out our home school group, ask questions and meet other people that home school."<br /> <br /> The event will last from 11:00-2:00 at picnic area #4 at Unicoi, according to Frady. (There is a $5 parking fee to get into the park.)<br /> <br /> Attendees are asked to bring lunch and a drink.<br /> <br /> For more information, call 706-9689-0985.
