C. Rogers Rd. re-opened to thru traffic

GAINESVILLE - C. Rogers Road in north Hall County has been re-opened less than 12 hours after being washed out by heavy rains.

According to Fire Marshall Scott Cagle with Hall County Fire Services, the road was re-opened around 1:30 a.m.
