Plans announced for 2013 judged art competition in Helen

HELEN - The Helen Arts & Heritage Center (HAHC) will host Helen's 2013 Judged Art Competition September 26 and applications are now being accepted.<br /> <br /> Categories <br /> 1. Oil<br /> 2. Acrylic & Mixed Media<br /> 3. Watercolor <br /> 4. Pen&Ink, Pastel, Drawing, Colored Pencil <br /> 5. Pottery <br /> 6. Photography/Digital Art <br /> 7. Fine Craft (Glass, Jewelry, Fiber Art, Basketry, Wood, Etc.)<br /> <br /> The cost to enter is $25 for HAHC members; $40 for non-members. The entry fee covers an entry in a single category. There is a $25 additional fee for each additional category and a maximum of three items per category.<br /> <br /> The application deadline is Sept. 5.<br /> <br /> Applications are available for pick up or e-mail by contacting the HAHC.<br /> [email protected]<br /> 706-878-3933
