According to a press release from Concierge Auctions, the firm that handled the sale, the 9,600-square foot estate, called "The Pointe," was sold in an auction that included 8 prospective bidders.
Originally scheduled to take place on June 7th, the auction was delayed after a large number of interested parties began to inquire about the property.
Concierge Auctions said the property's website garnered over 31,000 visits, with residents of 50 countries and 49 states contributing to the total.
According to the release, the winning bidder, whose name was not disclosed, was represented by Ed West Realty, Inc.
The estate, originally valued at $10.95 million, was sold for an undetermined amount.
