Blood drive honors victims of Okla. torndoes, S. Hall flooding

GAINESVILLE - Corrections Corporation of America (CCA), operators of the North Georgia Detention Center in Gainesville, and the Hall County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) are sponsoring a special blood drive in Gainesville today.<br />
<br />
It will be held from 11:00-4:00 in the parking lot of the Hall County Law Enforcement Center (LEC), next to the CCA facility, on Main Street. <br />
<br />
The blood drive is to benefit the Northeast Georgia Chapter of the American Red Cross and is being held "to honor the South Hall flood victims and the families who endured the Oklahoma tornado."<br />
