FBHS teacher nominated for national honors

FLOWERY BRANCH - Ricky Darracott of Flowery Branch High School (FBHS) has been nominated for selection as the National Sports Marketing Teacher of the Year and for the inaugural class of Teacher Sports Marketing Hall of Fame.

Online voting is taking place over the next two weeks. Click on the link below to vote. After doing so, to cast a vote, click on the main picture and then scroll through to FBHS Falcon logo and then click "like."

The nominees were chosen for their efforts to create sports and entertainment education opportunities both in and out of the classroom. The Facebook "vote" will help determine which three will be the first to be inducted into the hall of fame.
