Reynolds presented techniques to deploy a variety of social marketing and networking sites for business development and promotion.
"Social marketing showcases assets that are seen through new eyes," she said, "targeting particular audiences, branding your business and sustaining a business plan."
Of particular interest to DDA members and guests were the promotional aspects of social marketing including cluster (several businesses participating), cross retail (special events) and niche (marketing around holidays or age groups or special occasions).
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tumbler were mentioned as popular business marketing sites.
