Stolen trailer returned to Barrow county church

Bethlehem, Ga. - The Story Church was reunited with it's trailer Thursday morning after it was stolen from a self-storage facility over the weekend.

The police received a tip on the whereabouts of the trailer, and it was recovered with almost all of the items still inside.

"Microphones and monitors are mainly what we are missing at this point," said church pastor Jared Mehrle. "But there's still a chance that they'll be recovered."

The mobile church meets at an elementary school to worship, stores all the equipment in two trailers and sets up and breaks down every Sunday.

"Whether we have all of our equipment or not were going to move forward and we're incredibly grateful for all of the support we've been shown over the past couple of days," said Mehrle.

No arrests have been announced at this time.
