American Woodmark donates to NGTC Foundation Scholarship Fund

CLARKESVILLE - The North Georgia Technical College (NGTC) Foundation recently received a $1,000 contribution from American Woodmark in Toccoa for use for student scholarships.<br /> <br /> "This is such a wonderful contribution towards student success," said NGTC Foundation Director Cynthia Brown. "Foundation scholarships make a difference in whether students have the opportunity to receive an education, graduate, and go to work. Last year the Foundation awarded 236 scholarships to students with financial need."<br /> <br /> American Woodmark Corporation is a manufacturer and distributor of kitchen and bath cabinets for the remodeling and new home construction markets.<br /> <br /> The NGTC Foundation was created in 2000 to enhance educational opportunities at NGTC. It accepts charitable tax deductible donations including gifts, pledges, and planned gifts as well as items such as automobiles, boats, equipment, and real estate.<br /> <br /> Donation scholarships may be sent to: NGTC Foundation, P.O.
