BUFORD - Some youngsters are making teddy bears today in Buford for Gainesville's Challenged Child & Friends.

It's a part of the grand opening of the "newly imagined" Build-A-Bear Workshop Store at the Mall of Georgia.

The children's creations will be donated to Challenged Child and Friends, which will help distribute the bears to local children in need of a "teddy bear" hug.

Saturday, starting at 10:00, 100 people will be invited to make special bears which will also be donated to Challenged Child.
