Soccer: Lady Chargers advance to ICSGA semifinals

MCDONOUGH -- The North Georgia Christian girls soccer team opened the ICSGA playoffs with a 4-3 win over New Creation Christian on Thursday night.

Nicole Ball led the Lady Chargers with two goals and Morgan Johnson added a goal with a header off of a corner kick.

Rachel MacLagan scored the game winner for NGC with just three minutes left in the game. Georgia Clark played well in goal for the Lady Chargers with strong defensive assistance from Jordan Ball, Morgan Johnson, Sally MacLagan, and Ester Lloyd.

The Lady Chargers advanced to the ICSGA semifinals on Tuesday in Cumming.
