The Georgia Department of Labor's (GDOL) Gainesville Career Center will help Lake Lanier Islands recruit about 150 food and beverage workers. The recruitment will be held at the Islands Thursday from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
The company will be recruiting bartenders, cooks, dishwashers, hostesses, and servers, along with workers to bus tables.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old, have a resume, and two forms of identification - and are encouraged to dress appropriately.
The company will conduct a background check and drug-screening test.

There were two job fairs in Gainesville last week - one sponsored by the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, which featured a variety of vendors, and the other for openings at Milliken's New Holland Mill.
