Baseball: Trojans rout Banks, take over first in 7-AAA

HOMER -- North Hall won its fourth straight Region 7-AAA game with a 13-2 win over Banks County in five innings Friday.

The win, coupled with Buford's 5-1 loss to White County Friday, moved the Trojans (15-2, 11-1 Region 7-AAA) into sole possession of first place.

Adam Kelly recorded the win striking out six in five innings. Kelly also had two hits and two RBI for the Trojans.

Griffin Olson was had three hits and three RBI and Colton Duttweiler had a three-run triple. Zach Mize and Andrew Smith each had two hits and combined for three RBI for North Hall.
