Baseball: Cronic leads Spartans over Banks Co.

OAKWOOD -- Michael Cronic fanned five and picked up his third win of the season to lead West Hall to a 9-4 win over Banks County Friday in Region 7-AAA baseball action.

At the plate the Spartans were led by Sterling Rider, Brian Newman, and Cronic, who had two hits apiece.

West Hall next will travel to East Hall on Monday in another Region 7-AAA battle.
