Soccer: Thomas leads Lady Falcons past Clarke Cemtral

ATHENS -- Corrie Thomas had two goals and an assist to lead the Flowery Branch girls soccer team to 7-0 win over Clarke Central Friday on the road.

Jenn Moreno, Kayla Robles, Hannah Kirk, Kimberly McNeil, and Julia Sienkiewicz each had one goal for thwe Lady Falcons (8-3, 3-1 Region 8-AAAAA).

McNeil also added two assists, and Moreno and Madeline McCarthy had one assist apiece for Flowery Branch. Elizabeth Bachmann recorded the shutout in goal with one save.

Flowery Branch next will play host to Gainesville in a key region match.
