Gwinnett County fire officials say they were called to the house on Walkers Glen Lane just before 9:30 p.m. and found the house fully involved in flames.
The two adult occupants were at home and managed to escape safely. The man who lived in the home was treated for a minor burn.
Authorities say it appears the fire started in the garage, but they don't know a cause for the fire just yet.
