Piedmont to hold December graduation Saturday

DEMOREST - Piedmont College will hold its winter Commencement ceremonies at 10:00 Saturday at the Johnny Mize Athletic Center in Demorest.<br /> <br /> Some 362 students will collect their degrees, including 86 undergraduate students and 276 graduate students from the Demorest and Athens campuses.<br /> <br /> The Commencement speaker will be Tabatha Anderson, Assistant Professor of Nursing in the college's Daniel School of Nursing and Health Sciences. Anderson is the 2013 recipient of the Vulcan Materials Company Teaching Excellence Award.
