Former Clarkesville City Council member dies

CLARKESVILLE - A woman who served for 25 years on the Clarkesville City Council, Joyce Marie Tatum Wilbanks, has died.
The funeral will be Thursday at 2:00 at First United Methodist Church in Clarkesville.
Wilbanks, who was 84, died Monday following a period of declining health.
