Sewer improvement work to close parts of two Gainesville streets

GAINESVILLE - Sections of Marler and Dean streets in Gainesville will be closed for about a week starting Dec. 2 to allow for Cargill sewer improvements.<br />
<br />
The streets will be closed between Hancock Avenue, Georgia Avenue and West Ridge Road, according to city officials. <br />
<br />
The detour that will be in place will take motorists through Hancock Avenue, Stallworth Street and West Ridge.<br />
