Body found under semi at gas station near Atlanta

ATLANTA (AP) Police are investigating after a body was found under a semitrailer in the parking lot of a gas station near Atlanta.

Authorities say the body was discovered around 1 a.m. Monday at the Shell station on Fulton Industrial Boulevard and Patton Drive.

Police said they were awaiting the medical examiner to determine an exact cause of death.

Fulton County police Detective Melissa Parker tells The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that it appears the man was run over by a vehicle, possibly by a semi.
