Midtown, weapons in parks up for discussion by GCC

GAINESVILLE - An update on Midtown and a presentation dealing with weapons in city parks are among the items on the agenda for Thursday's Gainesville City Council work session.

The council meets at 9:00 in the Bill Williams Conference Room in the city Administration Building.

Also on the agenda, among other things, is discussion of an appointment to the city Planning and Appeals Board.
