Thomason, a Dawsonville native, will serve patients at the Gainesville Eye Associates office on Beverly Drive in Gainesville.
Thomason earned her doctorate of optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Georgia with a degree in biology.
She was President of Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society and Treasurer of American Optometric Student Association. Thomason participated in a medical mission trip to an underserved area in Costa Rica and is a participating doctor in the Health Access Initiative in Gainesville.
Gainesville Eye Associates has offices in Gainesville, Braselton, Cornelia, Blairsville, Clayton, Hayesville, and Hiawassee, with a consultation office in Franklin, N.C.
