McClary to lead new division at Hamilton State Bank

BRASELTON - Hamilton State Bank has announced the formation of a Corporate Finance Division. The new division offers operating capital to consumer finance, auto finance, sales finance companies and Small Business Administration floor plan lending.

The addition of the Corporate Finance Division is part of the bank's strategic plan and one of many business development initiatives happening across the growing franchise.

"We started our Corporate Finance Division to assist companies and individuals in growing their businesses," said Bob Oliver, chairman and CEO of Hamilton State Bank. "We have recruited a knowledgeable staff to lead this new endeavor, all with extensive backgrounds in finance, and this will be a welcomed asset to our customers."

Hamilton State Bank Executive Vice President Earl McClary has been picked to lead the new division. McClary has more than 40 years in the Corporate Finance industry, spending the previous 14 in banking.

Joining him in the department are Senior Vice Presidents Ken Vassey and Guenter Kittel and Vice Presidents David Cole and Wayne Daniel.
