In the sixth inning, Niki Cook walked to lead off and then scored on a double by Jazmin Hawkins to tie the game. Hawkins stole third and later scored on a ground out by Taylor Nesmith to take the lead. The Lady Wolves then added another run when Remington Hasty, who doubled, scored on a squeeze bunt from Baylee Sexton.
Senior Bekah Rude (5-0) earned the win going the dsitance allowing three hits and walking three.
Hawkins and Nesmith each finished with two hits for the Lady Wolves (19-1).
Buford will play host to fourth-ranked Dawson County Wednesday in a battle of Region 7-AAA unbeatens for the region regular season title.
