Political forum planned in Flowery Branch Tuesday

FLOWERY BRANCH - With the August 21 primary runoffs in Georgia just days, the South Hall Republican Club is planning a political forum featuring the candidates for the five offices on the Hall County ballot.

Club President Ed Asbridge says candidates for the 9th District Congressional seat, Hall County Commission Chairman, Sheriff, Tax Commissioner and Probate Judge have been invited to participate.

The forum will be held at the Spout Springs Library Tuesday beginning at 6:30 but Asbridge says you are invited to "come early and meet these candidates."

The club also held a series of forums featuring Hall County candidates prior to the July 31 primaries.
