It's planned for Friday, July 20. The program will take place at 11 a.m. on original Camp Toccoa property located on West Currahee Street/Highway 123 in Toccoa.

Special guest speakers include Mrs. Robin Sink McClelland, daughter of Colonel Robert Sink, Commanding Officer 506th at Camp Toccoa, and Ms. Valeria Amburgey, daughter of 501st Paratrooper Glenn Amburgey.
The 501st Association will be in Atlanta for its annual reunion and will be spending the day in Toccoa and tour the museum that afternoon.
Organizers are urging as many 501st and 506th veterans and former employees of Camp Toccoa and their families to attend.
In addition, the Camp Toccoa at Currahee Project master plan will be available for viewing. The purpose of the project is to preserve the last remaining original building and a barracks that was stored since the camp closure that will be reconstructed on property donated last year by Pacolet-Milliken. The project will be done in phases as donations are received and memberships are now available.
