Hall sheriff's candidates to debate Saturday

GAINESVILLE - In the latest round of political debates leading up to the July 31 primary, the five candidates for Hall County Sheriff will meet Saturday, June 30 at the Georgia Mountains Center.

Hall County's Republican Party is sponsoring the event.

The debate will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Mountains Center Theatre. The debate is scheduled to end at 11:00 a.m.

All five candidates for the post - Gerald Couch, Chuck Hewett, John Sisk, Jeff Strickland, Jon P. Strickland - are scheduled to participate.
