According to the Athens Banner-Herald, Max Reinhart signed an agreement with UGA that allows him to keep his job through the end of next spring semester. The professor of German will not be allowed to teach in the classroom, however. The newspaper said Reinhart will be assigned to duties outside the classroom
Reinhart was arrested at a Norcross hotel earlier this month after Gwinnett County police said he dressed up as a woman and offered sex to an undercover officer for $60.
Reinhart has been employed by UGA since 1988 and was graned tenure in 1994.
