Longstreet Clinic Vascular & Vein Specialists reaccredited

GAINESVILLE - Vascular & Vein Specialists at The Longstreet Clinic (TLC) has been granted a three-year term of reaccreditation in Vascular Testing in the areas of Extracranial Cerebrovascular Testing, Visceral Vascular, Peripheral Venous Testing and Peripheral Arterial Testing by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC). The lab was reaccredited in January 2010 and has been accredited since 2002.

Accreditation by the IAC means that Vascular & Vein Specialists at TLC underwent a thorough review of its operational and technical components by a panel of experts. The lab was the first ICAVL-certified vascular lab in Northeast Georgia.

The IAC grants accreditation only to those facilities that are found to be providing quality patient care, in compliance with national standards through a comprehensive application process including detailed case study review.
