Hall County Fire Chief David Kimbrell said the call came in about 4:40 after a woman discovered some white powder on her mail when she got it out of the mailbox at her home in the 5300 block of Skyland Court.
"...once we got there," Kimbrell said, "there were several mailboxes that had powder. It was determined that someone had put baby powder on the mail, evidently in the sorting process. The mail carrier was contacted and she remembered feeling the powder on the mail as she delivered it."
