Many close friends, partners and co-workers from his law firm, Stewart, Melvin and Frost, as well as MCF and NGHS staff, joined the family for the presentation.
Candidates for this annual award are hospital trustees or community leaders who have made significant contributions to improving health care in Georgia. Stewart was recognized for his significant role in raising awareness of the need for philanthropic support to improve the health of the community and for helping NGHS develop strategies to manage risk and deal with the uncertain future of the healthcare industry.
